Nine in ten people working in the UK are not, by Gallup’s measure, enthusiastic about their work.

And only 13% of European employees report feeling engaged.

In a 2025 survey, 41% of employees (globally) said they experienced a lot of stress the previous day. 22% reported sadness. 21% reported anger. 20% reported loneliness.

63% of UK employees are now showing at least one sign of burnout – exhaustion, mental distance from the job, or dropping performance. Up from 51% in 2021.

Only 1 in 3 UK workplaces has any plan to spot or prevent it.

It’s not a motivation problem that’s fixable with perks. It’s the weight people carry to work – stress that never got discharged, feelings that were swallowed, bodies stuck in survival mode. And no single workshop, fruit bowl, app or away-day reaches it.

*Success is a regulated nervous system

That’s what we do. Through guided breathwork and mindfulness coaching, we regulate teams.

“My team
is fine.”

We hear that one a lot. In our industry, there’s an acronym for it. FINE: Fucked up, Insecure, Neurotic, Exhausted. Might sound a little harsh, but there’s some truth in it.

Why? Because your team aren’t robots; they’re humans. Humans are flawed. And we’re all neurotic since neuroses are survival strategies to avoid feeling intense emotions.

No one is fine. We’re all fighting a battle that nobody sees.

Everyone’s talking about nervous system regulation.

And they’re right. A regulated nervous system cultivates clarity, creativity and good work.

But nervous systems don’t dysregulate themselves. They’re trained …

… over years. By workplaces rewarding output, punishing feeling. Until pushing through becomes the default. So regulation on its own only manages the symptom; calm the system today, and it returns to vigilance tomorrow, driven by the untouched pattern underneath.

You can’t think your way out of it.

Mind is a gatekeeper.

It narrates and defends; it manages the story. Which is far from helpful when the goal is to change your mind.

So we go underneath it, through the breath.

Sustained, rhythmic breathing quietens the defences and lets the body release what it's held onto, maybe even for years. No analysis necessary. No pushing through either. The nervous system does the work the mind never could.

A master-class in the art of surrender.

Because “trust us” isn’t a business case …

5 mins of daily structured breathwork outperformed meditation for mood and anxiety (Stanford, 2023).

HRV: slow breathing raises heart-rate variability, the strongest single marker of nervous-system resilience.

Cortisol: controlled breathing measurably lowers it in working adults.

Every immersion takes a BOLT Score baseline and an endpoint. Your team arrives with a number, and leaves with a better one.

“We’re not responsible for our team’s mental health.”

Yeah, but no. Once upon a time, sure. But you’re frankly fucked if you still think that. 97% of UK employers say wellbeing is vital to their success – and 72% still have no plan to do anything about it. Meanwhile, nearly three in four UK workers have quit, or thought about quitting, over exactly this predicament.

HELLO. WE’RE WORKER BE

Like you, we want your team to be on top form.

We don’t see a distinction between their humanity and their being an employee. They’re beings, not doings, after all.

So, we show them how to express. How to regulate and release, from the ground up. Which makes them happier, clearer, more creative, and more productive.
